Choosing a plan works again, and checkout confirms itself

The Choose plan buttons could stay locked after the payment script loaded. They now open checkout every time. Back from checkout, the billing page waits for the payment to land and refreshes on its own, and says so plainly if the payment is taking longer than a few minutes.

  2. October 8, 2026

Newsletters are signed with the brand

A brand has a sender name, a sender address on its domain and an optional Reply-To, so the inbox shows the brand instead of "hello". The message page now shows which sending lane delivered each message.

  3. October 8, 2026

Newsletter logos show in Gmail, and lists take one person at a time

Gmail's image proxy was refused, so newsletter logos arrived broken. They now load, a brand chooses the logo's width with a live preview, and a blocked image reads as the brand name. Lists get an "Add a person" row that never re-adds someone who unsubscribed. Reports refresh while a send is running.

  4. October 8, 2026

One domain, one kind of mail

Reputation is kept per domain, so a newsletter that draws complaints must not share one with your password resets. Every domain is now either transactional or for newsletters, and every send checks it. The API answers 403 with what to do when transactional mail is sent from a newsletter domain.

  5. October 8, 2026

One list of domains, with a filter for each kind

Domains moved out of the Transactional menu into a top-level link. One list shows every domain, with All, Transactional and Newsletters filters and a badge on each row.

  6. October 8, 2026

    Brands own their domains

A brand is now the business you send for. It owns domains of both kinds, how its mail is signed and how its newsletters look. Brands have their own page, and the domains list filters by brand.

  7. October 7, 2026

Newsletters from setup to send in four steps

Every newsletter now goes through Design, Write, Recipients and Review, with a live preview while you type. Each step saves, and Review lists every sending condition with the place to fix it before the test and the send.

A step-by-step setup guide for transactional email

/get-started walks a new account through adding a domain, publishing its DNS records with copy buttons and a Check now button on the same page, creating a key, and sending, with code in four languages that already carries your own sender. The app is split into two menus: Transactional and Newsletters.

  9. October 3, 2026

Setup help, by message or on a call

Want someone to set up your DNS, your integration or your first newsletter with you? Email setup and newsletter setup help is $49 by email or WhatsApp, or $199 together on a call.

    Prompts for AI assistants

/prompts carries the whole API contract in four prompts to paste into Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor or an agent: one for a builder, one for an existing codebase, one for moving from another provider and one for a send tool that cannot reach strangers.

  11. September 23, 2026

    Email for agents

/email-for-agents sets out how an AI agent can be allowed to send without reaching people who never asked, what already holds today, and what is not built yet.

  12. September 22, 2026

    Answers before you sign up

/faq answers what people ask before they sign up: what it sends, what it costs, where the data lives and what it refuses to do.

Domains recover when SES gives up on them

SES stops checking a new domain after 72 hours. If your records went in late, a domain could look verified here while SES refused to send from it. We now read SES's own verdict, show it, and ask SES to check again automatically.

  14. September 19, 2026

    Mail reaches anyone

Amazon granted SES production access: 50,000 emails a day at 14 a second. Mail is no longer limited to verified recipients.

  15. September 15, 2026

New prices and a free plan you can run an app on

Free is 1,000 emails a month from one domain, with no card and no time limit. Starter is $9 for 10,000, Growth $29 for 50,000 with newsletters, and Scale $79 for 200,000.

  16. September 15, 2026

    Guides for eight more platforms

New guides for sending from Zapier, Supabase, Next.js, WordPress, Rails, Django, FlutterFlow and Xano, each about that tool's own quirks rather than the same steps with the name swapped.

  17. September 14, 2026

Seven days to choose after a downgrade

Moving to a plan with fewer domains no longer cuts any off at once. You get seven days, with reminders, to put your domains in order; the ones past the new limit stop sending after that, and their history is kept.

  18. September 14, 2026

    Top-up packs that never expire

On a paid plan, buy 1,000, 10,000 or 50,000 extra emails. They are spent only after the month's included emails, and they never expire.

  19. September 11, 2026

    Undo a revoked API key

A revoked key can be restored for a day, so revoking the wrong one is not a deploy-day emergency.

  20. September 11, 2026

    A first-run checklist, a welcome email and a warning at 80%

A new account sees the steps to a working integration. You get an email when your domain can send, and another when you reach 80% of the month's allowance, before any message is refused.

  21. September 9, 2026

Your logo in the inbox, with BIMI

The domain page validates your SVG logo against the BIMI profile, hosts it and writes the record for you.

  22. September 3, 2026

    Webhooks, tracking and broadcasts

Signed webhooks for sent, delivered, bounced and complained events. Opt-in open and click tracking per domain. Broadcasts to a list with one-click unsubscribe on every message.
