- What does newsletter setup help include?
- We help you connect a sending domain to your brand, choose a ready-made email layout, set your colors and logo, prepare your subscriber list, and test your first newsletter before sending.
- How much does newsletter setup assistance cost?
- Help over email or WhatsApp costs $49 USD one time. Working together on an online call costs $199 USD one time. Email sending is covered by your separate PigeonAtlas plan. Broadcasts are included from Growth.
- Do I need to write HTML to create a newsletter?
- No. Choose a predefined layout, add your brand colors and logo, write your heading and message, and optionally add a button. Save a reusable template and create a newsletter from it.
- Can I import subscribers from a CSV file?
- Yes. Use a CSV with an email column and optional first_name and last_name columns. Confirm that the people on your list agreed to receive your marketing emails. Importing does not resubscribe people who already opted out or remove suppressions.
- Can I send a test before sending to my list?
- Yes. Preview your newsletter and send a test to your signed-in email address before confirming the list send. Tests use the marketing delivery path and count toward your sending allowance.
- Will newsletters delay password resets or other transactional emails?
- Newsletters use the separate bulk sending queue. They do not join the transactional queue used for password resets and other application messages.
- What results can I track?
- Your campaign shows queued, sent, delivered, bounced, complained and failed messages. Sent means the delivery provider accepted the email; delivered means the receiving server reported delivery. Neither is a guarantee that someone read it.
