Refund Policy
Last updated September 14, 2026
Short version: cancel whenever you like and the time you paid for runs out; a first payment on a plan is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days and have barely used it; renewals are not refunded. If any of that seems unfair in your case, write to support@pigeonatlas.com and say why — a person reads it.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for keeps running to its end, with its full allowance, and nothing is charged after that. We do not refund the unused part of a period you cancel inside.
Your first payment
If the service turns out not to be what you needed, we refund the first payment on a plan in full when you ask within 14 days of it and the account has sent fewer than 100 messages in that time. That is the line between trying it and using it. One such refund per account.
Renewals
A renewal is not refunded. You are told the renewal date on the billing page and can cancel before it at any time. If a renewal went through on an account you had forgotten about and nothing was sent in the new period, write to us within 14 days and we will refund it — that is a mistake, not a purchase.
Email top-ups
A top-up pack is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days and none of it has been used. Once any of it has been sent, it is not refunded. Top-ups do not expire, so there is no rush to use one.
Suspended accounts
An account suspended for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy is not refunded for the period in which it was suspended.
How to ask, and how it arrives
Write to support@pigeonatlas.com from the address on the account, with the account name. We answer within five working days. A refund goes back to the payment method that was charged, and usually shows within five to ten working days depending on your bank. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Paddle and appears under their name.
Changes
If this policy changes, the version in force is the one on this page on the day you paid. We will email account owners before a change that affects them.
