Access to your domain's DNS settings and your PigeonAtlas account. The app or platform you want to connect, plus any error message you are seeing. Keep passwords and API keys out of the request form.

Questions before you start

What does the email setup service include?
We help connect your application to PigeonAtlas through SMTP or its email API, work through domain verification and DNS records, and send a test email. Share your domain, app and the step where you are stuck when you submit your request.
How much does email setup help cost?
Setup by email or WhatsApp costs $49 USD one time. Setup together on an online call costs $199 USD one time. These are service fees; your email sending plan is separate.
Can you help with SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes. We help you add and check the records your sending domain needs, understand authentication results and troubleshoot verification. DNS changes can take time to appear, so verification may finish after the call.
Do I need to share my password?
No passwords or API keys belong in your request. Have access to your DNS provider and app settings ready. We can guide you through changes by message or screen sharing.
Can I keep my existing email inbox?
Yes. PigeonAtlas sends application email; it does not replace your inbox. We help configure the sending records while keeping your existing mailbox setup in mind.
Will you guarantee my email lands in the inbox?
No. Correct authentication is part of setup, but inbox placement also depends on your content, recipients, sending history and mailbox providers.
How do I request help or arrange a call?
Choose a package and submit the form with your name, email, phone number including country code and setup details. Choose email or WhatsApp for follow-up. For a call, include your time zone so we can agree on a time.
