Pigeon Atlas

Terms of Service

Last updated September 09, 2026

These terms are between you and Golux Group, Timocka 11, Belgrade-Zemun, 11080, Serbia, which operates Pigeon Atlas. Creating an account means agreeing to them.

What the service does

We accept mail from your application over an HTTP API or SMTP, sign it with a key belonging to a domain you have proven you control, hand it to a delivery backend, and report what happened to it. We do not write your mail, decide who receives it, or check that you were entitled to send it.

Your account

You need to be able to enter a contract where you live, and you are responsible for what happens under your account — including anything sent with an API key you issued. Keys are shown once; if one leaks, revoke it. Keep your contact address current, because it is where we write when something is wrong.

What you may send

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of this agreement. In short: only to people who asked, never from a domain you have not proven, and nothing illegal or deceptive. Breaking it is grounds for suspension, and for an active harm we will act first and explain afterwards.

Your data stays yours

Your contacts, your messages and your content are yours. We process them to run the service and for nothing else — we do not sell them, mine them, or use them to train anything. The Privacy Policy sets out what we hold, where, and for how long, and forms the data processing terms between us.

Fees

Plans are billed in advance through Stripe, per account rather than per domain, at the prices shown on the pricing page. The free allowance is a lifetime one rather than monthly.

Changing plan takes effect immediately and is prorated by Stripe. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the current period running; we do not refund part-used periods, and we will not bill you again after you cancel. If a price changes, existing accounts are told before it applies to them.

Availability

We do not offer a service level agreement, and it would be dishonest to imply one at this stage. The service is provided as it is. We will tell you about planned work in advance, and we will not pretend an outage did not happen.

Mail delivery depends on receiving providers we do not control. We cannot guarantee that a message reaches an inbox rather than a spam folder — no sending service honestly can — and reputation follows your domain and your sending habits far more than it follows us.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like, from the dashboard, and that deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first, because we cannot restore it afterwards.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, that never pays, or that we are legally required to stop serving. Except where the harm is ongoing, we will tell you what we found and what has to change before doing it.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or lost data beyond that. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — for death or personal injury, or for our own fraud.

Changes and governing law

We will email account owners before these terms change materially. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new version; if you would rather not, close the account and we will refund the unused part of the current period.

Serbian law governs this agreement, and the courts of Belgrade have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not deprive you of protections your own country's law gives you.
